Key Responsibilities
Serve as strategic HR business partner to plant leadership, driving organizational effectiveness through expert consultation on all personnel matters and strategic workforce planning

Requirements
Education
Successfully completed Master's degree (e.g., Economics, Law, Psychology), preferably with focus on Human Resources or comparable qualification
Experience
Several years of professional experience as HR manager with solid knowledge in labor, contract, collective bargaining, works constitution and social security law
