Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Business School or Master degree preferably in Human Resources

Experience

7 to 10 years' proven experience as HR Manager or similar role, at international level, with a strong managerial experience

Required Skills

Good knowledge of French Labour Law, good knowledge in any of our foreign offices is a plus Payroll experience in France (other countries is a plus), in using ADP Decidium Strong HRIS expertise (daily use + implementation experience) Fluent in English & French, knowledge of another language would be an asset ADP Decidium expertise is a must HRIS expertise (Core HR maintenance, imports / exports, On-Off boarding module, etc.) Microsoft 365, with expertise of SharePoint & Excel Strong team spirit, experience working in matrix/complex/fast-paced environments and international settings Experience working with international payroll service providers and managing relationships with external vendors Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations Collaborative and collective approach, capable to work in a "knowledge sharing" mode and act as a key team player
