Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle management with focus on data integrity and compliance
Execute and oversee critical HR operations in Workday and ServiceNow platforms
Drive data management quality through systematic auditing and error resolution
Manage complex HR transactions including compensation changes, benefits administration, and organizational transformations
Develop and maintain process documentation while identifying automation opportunities
Support strategic initiatives including annual planning and organizational change management
Ensure compliance with legal requirements across multiple HR functions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or Juris Doctor preferred

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR or law firm, with a focus on labor compliance or employment law

Required Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand complex compliance related matters Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications Employee data privacy knowledge
