Key Responsibilities

Partner with People Operations team to deliver exceptional employee experience
Manage daily HR operations and serve as first point of contact for employee queries
Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Ensure HRIS data accuracy and maintenance in Workday
Coordinate absence management and medical appointments
Assist in intern and apprentice contract administration
Contribute to HR process optimization and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Education

Currently pursuing French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, French labor law, or relevant field

Experience

First experience in HR Operations preferred
