Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic oversight of a $1.5 million program department managing 5 staff members and 15-30+ external consultants to drive organizational impact at national scale

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology, or related field; preference for MBA/Master's Degree
