Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of global industrial safety framework and standards
Provide technical safety expertise for global operations and engineering projects
Drive SIF/pSIF elimination program implementation and monitoring
Conduct safety audits and performance analysis across facilities
Develop and oversee safety training programs and compliance initiatives
Guide safety-by-design process implementation in new projects
Manage industrial safety KPIs and reporting systems

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Safety Engineering

Experience

At least 8 years of experience in a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of industrial safety practices Technical standards and technologies expertise Strong planning and organizational skills Clear technical communication abilities Fluent in English and French
