Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Fleet and Family Readiness master plans encompassing Mission Sustaining Programs, Community Support Activities, and Business Activities that directly impact military readiness and operational effectiveness
Provide executive leadership for FFR programs while ensuring compliance with complex multi-level policies from command, headquarters, Department of the Navy, and Department of Defense, demonstrating mastery of federal regulatory environments

Experience

Five or more years of experience with organizing and administering a comprehensive quality of life (QOL) and/or quality of service (QOS) program for the military organization
