Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field (master's preferred)

Experience

2–5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role

Required Skills

Experience designing for blended or virtual learning environments Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience in Canva, OneDrive and SharePoint Background in corporate training, technical content, or performance consulting Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, with additional expertise in multimedia and video editing software including Camtasia Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM and xAPI) Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design practices
