Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of EHR training programs across multiple delivery formats
Design and maintain Epic training environments including MST build management
Oversee curriculum development and adaptation for quarterly system upgrades
Manage trainer credentialing and performance assessment

Requirements

Education
