Key Responsibilities

Lead digital grid transformation programs across EMEIA region
Develop OT strategy and roadmap aligned with client business objectives
Design and implement complex ADMS and DERMS solutions
Manage large-scale utility data migration and system integration projects
Drive technical architecture decisions for OT implementations
Build and maintain strategic client relationships
Contribute to thought leadership and market insights
Lead procurement and vendor evaluation processes

Requirements

Education

BS/BA degree is essential (preferably, electrical engineering, computer science or similar technical degree)

Experience

5+ years working on OT projects within Power & Utilities

Required Skills

Experience with ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, and DERMS systems Knowledge of utility technology landscape and vendor ecosystem Familiarity with OT standards and protocols Project management expertise Professional English communication skills Consulting and advisory capabilities
