Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end transaction processes for IPOs, M&As, and capital raising mandates with direct client exposure
Support business development through strategic pitch material preparation and market analysis
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for transaction evaluation and client presentations
Conduct comprehensive due diligence including market research, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance checks
Collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives and special projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree from reputable university, Master's in Business/Finance preferred

Experience

1-2 years at leading investment banks
