Key Responsibilities

Lead global PLM Program Management for ABB Electrification business unit, directing strategic initiatives and large-scale system implementations
Manage diverse project teams handling data migration, system integration, and user onboarding for Windchill PLM system
Drive requirements gathering and stakeholder management across business units to ensure aligned implementation
Oversee vendor relationships and maintain program governance to ensure successful delivery
Serve as key escalation point and strategic advisor for PLM-related initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Windchill PLM, with 7 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Management
