Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

5-10 years of experience in IT program management or a similar role

Required Skills

Fluent in English, Arabic language will be an asset Proven knowledge in senior stakeholder management Demonstrate understanding of IT services and their role in supporting business objectives Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, inlcuding Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Demonstrate knowledge of financial process on budget management and profit planning Demonstrate knowledge of IT infrastructure and software lifecycle management Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL Leadership and organizational skills Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams Experience to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Certifications

PMP, BRMP or similar certification is a plus
