Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end feature delivery from design conception through implementation, ensuring strategic alignment with ING's digital transformation goals in wholesale banking
Drive cross-functional collaboration across international squads to deliver complex solutions that exceed individual product and tribe capabilities
Orchestrate feature planning and delivery coordination across multiple teams, maintaining critical business relationships and stakeholder alignment
Facilitate comprehensive end-to-end testing processes to ensure delivered features meet both technical specifications and business requirements
Provide strategic guidance to Product Owners on feature dependencies, priorities, and backlog optimization across multiple squads
Champion Non-Financial Risk management and IT Security compliance throughout the development lifecycle
Enable business transformation through cross-domain stakeholder coordination and Epic-to-Feature decomposition
Leverage technical expertise to review solution architectures and dependencies in coordination with Domain Architects and Business Analysts

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree

Experience

Experience managing features end-to-end in an Agile organisation
