Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of multi-year IT programs and projects within Microsoft portfolio
Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with IT Business Plan
Manage resource allocation and prioritization across multiple workstreams
Oversee system design, testing and development processes
Coordinate application releases and environment management
Facilitate stakeholder communication and requirement gathering
Direct project teams and intervene on schedule deviations
