Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple international locations
Drive digital transformation initiatives and system integration projects
Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering with key stakeholders
Manage cross-functional project teams and vendor relationships
Oversee budget and resource allocation for enterprise IT initiatives
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for complex IT projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT or business, MBA preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 years of direct Project Management / IT Project Management experience

Required Skills

ERP business processes expertise Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SAP Concur, Replicon Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English, German is a plus Ability to travel extensively
