Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of enterprise-wide Workday HRIS system including multi-module deployment and integration management
Drive strategic change management and user adoption across organization
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for technology initiatives
Oversee project governance and stakeholder communication through steering committees
Direct end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field

Experience

5+ years experience in project management
