Key Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate Agile Release Train (ART) for Engineering Simulation services
Drive continuous improvement and agile transformation initiatives
Manage cross-functional team performance and delivery capabilities
Coordinate ART ceremonies and facilitate program increment planning
Ensure timely delivery of PI objectives and feature implementation
Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships

Requirements

Education

Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

Experience

At least 3 years experience building self-organizing teams
