Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain enterprise-wide IT cost monitoring framework across global operations, enabling project-level tracking against budgets and forecasts to drive financial accountability
Execute detailed IT spend analysis differentiating between local, regional, and global costs to maximize ROI and eliminate operational duplication across the organization
Enforce Tech Governance compliance through Jira Service Management oversight, ensuring standardized processes across all IT initiatives
Monitor and manage IT & Tech headcount exceeding 1,000 employees and associated payroll costs, serving as guardian of proper allocation from employee start dates
Support Group IT & Tech CFO in ITAC approval processes for all IT projects and technology commitments, ensuring strategic alignment
Oversee IT Capex approval processes with comprehensive Budget and Forecast impact analysis from Balance Sheet and P&L perspectives
Provide transparent reinvoicing systems to Group entities ensuring efficient spending and eliminating cost duplication across organizational levels
Deliver clear IT spend visibility and trend analysis to Top Management and various Committees for strategic decision-making
Reconcile and approve monthly hosting costs from global providers including Rackspace, AWS, and Google Cloud for cost optimization
Foster ROI-driven culture aligned with Group strategic objectives through partnership with CTO, CIO, and their direct reports
