Key Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end Sales & Services processes through advanced process mining, analytics, and automation technologies
Lead comprehensive business intelligence initiatives by conducting process and data analysis to diagnose current Sales & Services operations and identify critical process inefficiencies and compliance gaps
Implement cutting-edge process analysis solutions and create executive dashboards using industry-leading process mining tools like Celonis, working directly with business and IT stakeholders
Execute strategic project management responsibilities within the NextGenCRM PMO team, overseeing complete project lifecycle from initialization and planning through implementation, monitoring, and successful completion
Provide expert consultation and support to Roll-In project managers regarding coordination, control, and monitoring of complex projects including performance optimization, budget management, deadline adherence, and risk mitigation
Lead smaller sub-projects as work package owner or project manager within the comprehensive NextGenCRM transformation initiative
Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline PMO processes, enhance organizational efficiency, increase agility, and improve project success rates across the organization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study

Experience

Entry-level with project management experience preferred
