Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives to optimize end-to-end Sales & Services processes through advanced analytics, process mining, and automation technologies, directly impacting global revenue streams
Drive comprehensive business process analysis and diagnostic assessments of Sales & Services operations to identify critical inefficiencies and compliance gaps that affect organizational performance

Assume ownership of work packages and manage smaller sub-projects within the enterprise-wide NextGenCRM transformation initiative
Identify and implement strategic opportunities to streamline PMO processes, enhance organizational efficiency, increase agility, and improve project success rates across the transformation portfolio

Requirements

Education
