Key Responsibilities

Strategic implementation and maintenance of enterprise-level laboratory automation systems including LIMS/LES
Technical leadership in configuring and scripting instrument connectivity solutions
Quality assurance through installation qualification processes
Documentation management for software, configurations, and database systems
Cross-functional consultation with scientists and lab technicians on digital lab implementation

Requirements

Education

Lab technician (apprenticeship) or Bachelor or Master degree in Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry or other life science degree

Experience

Multiple years of practical experience in industry or academic institutions

Required Skills

Configuration and customization of LIMS, ELN, LES systems Experience with Chromatography Data Systems (Empower, Chromeleon) PL/SQL, Pipeline Pilot, .NET programming GxP, GMP, GLP knowledge Agile project methodology Fluency in English plus Dutch, German or French Strong communication and stakeholder management
