Key Responsibilities

Coordinate laboratory operations and ensure quality control compliance
Perform complex technical procedures across hematology, biochemistry, and serology
Manage critical result communication within 20-minute timeframe
Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain accreditation standards
Execute preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for laboratory equipment
Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and EIAC standards

Requirements

Education

Associate degree in medical laboratory technology

Experience

At least two (2) years of Medical Laboratory experience
