Key Responsibilities

Lead LC-MS instrument operations and maintenance in GLP-certified bioanalytical laboratory
Direct troubleshooting and coordination with external service providers to ensure maximum instrument uptime
Perform and document critical mass spectrometer calibrations to maintain analytical accuracy
Manage preventative maintenance schedules for sophisticated analytical equipment
Train and mentor laboratory personnel in advanced instrumentation techniques
Ensure GLP compliance and quality standards
Evaluate and recommend new analytical technologies

Requirements

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry) or lab technician certification

Experience
