Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage in-house Clinical Team providing strategic direction and clinical oversight
Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans for complex cases
Coordinate line management of clinical team members and drive service development
Maintain therapy caseload while ensuring service quality and consistency
Deliver training and consultation to staff supporting organizational knowledge transfer
Implement wellbeing and clinical strategy across universal, enhanced and specialist levels
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team on service integration and development
Ensure compliance with EHCP requirements and safeguarding standards

Requirements

Education

Masters or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Counselling Psychology, OR recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy

Experience

Significant experience in autism and complex needs therapy
