Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage in-house Clinical Team operations
Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans
Coordinate clinical team line management and service development
Deliver wellbeing and clinical strategy across universal, enhanced and specialist levels
Integration of standardized assessments and clinical services
Contribute to staff training and consultation
Support EHCP implementation and student development

Requirements

Education

Masters or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychology; or recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy

Experience

Significant experience in autism and complex needs
