Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic compensation advisory for Hong Kong, Taiwan and GBA markets with focus on Commercial & Institutional Banking
Drive Year-End variable compensation decisions for CIB population as part of global advisory team
Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and union matters to Country CEO
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to maintain competitive rewards structure
Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives
Manage regulatory alignment with Reward Governance team
Lead and develop PRB specialist team for Taiwan region
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
