Key Responsibilities

Strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide PMO processes and standards
Management of complex project controls and performance metrics across multiple workstreams
Leadership of program governance and change control processes
Oversight of risk management and issue resolution at program level
Integration and quality assurance of cross-functional project deliverables
Stakeholder management and executive-level reporting

Requirements

Education

University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience

At least 5 years experience within a similar role

Required Skills

ERP transformation program experience (preferably SAP) Multicultural approach Time-management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Statistical analysis and reporting Project management software proficiency Microsoft Office Suite expertise

Certifications
