Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic design and deployment of enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) impacting organizational learning infrastructure across all business units
Drive organizational capability enhancement through comprehensive learning needs assessments and targeted skill gap interventions across diverse healthcare and eldercare divisions
Develop and facilitate high-impact learning initiatives that directly elevate team performance and departmental capabilities across multiple service lines

Requirements

Education

At least a recognised basic Degree or a Master's qualification

Experience

At least 8 years of proven track record in mid to large sized, fast-paced organisations and relevant work experience in talent management, learning and organisation development
