Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic learning initiatives across Pacific Operations division with direct impact on operational excellence
Design and implement innovative learning solutions that drive behavioral change and business outcomes
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address organizational capability gaps
Manage end-to-end learning program lifecycle from needs analysis to impact measurement

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree Required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources desirable

Experience

6+ years of relevant work experience in an L&D/ HR Organization
