Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic learning needs analysis and solution design for large-scale engineering audiences to enhance organizational capability and knowledge transfer effectiveness
Lead innovative learning solution development using cutting-edge technologies including e-learning, VR, and simulations to maintain competitive advantage in R&D excellence
Provide strategic didactical guidance to Subject Matter Experts while developing autonomous learning solutions that directly impact business performance
Execute multi-project management of 2-3 simultaneous learning solutions ensuring optimal resource allocation and delivery timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Learning Business Partners, Architects, and stakeholders to create integrated learning experiences that align with business strategy
Implement data-driven learning analytics to continuously optimize training effectiveness and measure business impact
Apply Return on Investment measurements to demonstrate learning solution value and justify continued investment in organizational development
Represent ASML's learning methodologies and processes in external partnerships to maintain industry leadership position

Requirements

Education

Bachelor / Master's degree with solid experience or equivalent working and thinking level

Proven experience of designing and developing learning solutions
