Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive learning programs across five key portfolio areas
Lead virtual and onsite training delivery using innovative methodologies
Manage mandatory course compliance and engagement initiatives
Drive strategic communications and outreach for capacity development
Coordinate with global stakeholders and technical experts
Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
Conduct impact analysis and program evaluation

Requirements

Education

Advanced University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Education, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Public or Business Administration, Humanities or related fields is required, or A first level University Degree (Bachelor's degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years (with Master's degree) or 7 years (with Bachelor's degree) of relevant professional experience

Required Skills

Designing and implementing learning solutions that are accessible and inclusive Planning and facilitating virtual and in-person workshops Using virtual collaboration tools Coordination of multiple stakeholders Fluency in English and French
