Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver undergraduate to PhD level courses in Human Performance Management
Coordinate and assess Bachelor and Master graduation projects
Contribute to course development and teaching portfolio expansion

Participate in research activities (20% time allocation)
Lead courses in Work & Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior

Requirements

Education

PhD in Industrial Engineering, Work and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Science, or related field (or near completion)

Experience

Teaching experience preferred but not strictly required
