Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic commercial contract management including complex MSAs, M&A agreements, and procurement frameworks - driving business growth and risk management
Provide executive-level guidance on legal and compliance matters affecting regional operations
Manage critical sales and distribution agreements with focus on revenue optimization and channel strategy
Oversee privacy law compliance and competition law matters across Southeast Asia and ANZ regions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's preferred)

Experience

8 years minimum relevant legal experience
