Key Responsibilities

Lead complex financial markets documentation including ISDA Master Agreements and transaction confirmations, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
Provide strategic legal counsel on derivatives, repos, securities lending and structured products across global markets
Drive regulatory compliance initiatives related to EMIR, Benchmarks Regulation, and ESG requirements
Develop and implement legal frameworks for hedging transactions in lending operations
Partner with global financial markets teams to provide cross-border legal solutions
Lead regulatory change management projects affecting financial markets operations

Requirements

Education

LL.M degree (or equivalent) in law

Experience

3+ years working experience with a law firm, regulatory authority or financial institution

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong understanding of financial markets products Team player with positive and can-do mentality Ability to work independently and prioritize workload Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities
