Key Responsibilities

Lead contract drafting and negotiations across pharmaceutical value chain with emphasis on marketing and sales agreements
Provide strategic legal counsel on marketing, sales, procurement and medical initiatives
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with focus on commercial viability
Design and deliver legal training programs for diverse business units
Coordinate with tax department and external law firms on cross-company agreements and restructuring projects

Requirements

Education

Volljurist (German law degree) with possible LL.M. or equivalent additional qualification

Experience

Multiple years in international law firm or corporate environment, preferably in pharmaceutical sector
