Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic privacy compliance initiatives and risk management across multiple retail brands
Drive implementation of privacy frameworks for digital innovation projects and loyalty programs
Conduct and oversee Privacy Impact Assessments for new technical initiatives
Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and handle data incident responses
Develop and deliver privacy training programs for organizational capacity building
Structure and negotiate data processing agreements and international transfer mechanisms
Provide strategic counsel on privacy aspects of digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

Education

Master of Law degree or equivalent

Experience

4-6 years relevant experience as corporate counsel or attorney

Required Skills
