Key Responsibilities

Drive comprehensive business operations management across multiple global regions to achieve strategic corporate objectives and maximize organizational performance
Execute strategic business planning and implementation of growth strategies that directly impact company profitability and market expansion
Lead budget definition and planning processes in partnership with Managing Director, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred), Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields. An additional degree in Business/Finance is a plus. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred

Experience

10–15 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment; broad understanding of manufacturing methods, practices, procedures, testing, certification, and quality solutions, with 5+ years in executive or general management roles
