Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence through lean methodology implementation to optimize warehouse performance and create measurable value for both internal teams and external clients
Lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, managing organizational change and process transformation across warehouse operations
Provide critical business intelligence through comprehensive analysis of KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial data including billing reports and P&L statements to support management decision-making
Support revenue generation and client retention through collaborative business development efforts with Key Account Managers, focusing on customer satisfaction and value creation opportunities
Champion technology integration and digital transformation by collaborating with Innovation, Automation, and WMS teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and best practice development within the Operational Excellence community through active participation in training programs and strategic workshops

Requirements

Education

Degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant specialization

Experience

Mid-level experience based on role complexity

Required Skills

Awareness and understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement tools Strong in data crunching and analysis Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables) Knowledge in VBA / SQL / database management structure Comfortable with presenting and communicating with customers and stakeholders within all levels of the organisation Good and adaptive team player with strong interpersonal skills
