Key Responsibilities

Lead and establish comprehensive disentanglement and integration project structures across multiple global locations, coordinating external advisors and managing cross-functional expert teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive strategic delivery of separation memorandums and integration strategies (Platinum methodology), maintaining accountability for project execution timelines and value realization objectives
Serve as core member of M&A deal teams, providing critical support across all transaction phases from due diligence through post-merger integration
Manage substantial disentanglement and integration budgets while overseeing data room activities and utilizing advanced project management tools like Planisware
Execute granular planning and coordination of value creation initiatives across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Provide executive coaching and guidance to Business Disentanglement Leads and Integration Leaders on complex separation and integration methodologies
Negotiate and structure transitional service agreements while managing post-transaction aftercare relationships with divested and acquired entities
Act as primary liaison between M&A functional experts and business units, facilitating communication across sector, country, and corporate functions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across M&A projects, contributing to organizational competence centers through best practice development and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Education
