Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance planning team including supervision of planners and CO-OP students
Drive maintenance best practices implementation across preventative, corrective and modification programs
Manage long-term component replacement planning and critical parts strategies
Oversee budget planning and reporting for both OPEX and CAPEX
Develop and optimize planning processes and reporting automation
Ensure maintenance data integrity and system optimization
Direct team development and succession planning initiatives

Requirements

Education

College Diploma (3 years) in mechanical, electrical or industrial field

Experience

5+ years of planning experience, 3-5 years supervisory experience

Required Skills
