Lead governance of centralized maintenance strategies for WAIO fixed plant operations
Drive improvement initiatives for maintenance and equipment performance optimization
Conduct strategic engagement with multi-level stakeholders across Sites and Functions
Maintain integrity of master data and maintenance strategy documentation
Facilitate reliability improvement programs
Execute failure mode analysis and strategy development
Monitor and optimize mining value chain efficiency

Requirements

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent experience
