Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage organizational evaluations according to ECE Policy and UNEG Standards
Coordinate external and internal audits and evaluation processes
Drive risk management and policy development initiatives
Spearhead AI/machine learning applications in evaluation processes
Manage evaluation consultants and expand consultant networks
Oversee implementation of evaluation recommendations
Support programme budget planning and intergovernmental coordination

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in business administration, evaluations, public administration, management, economics, or related field

Experience

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management, evaluation, administration; Three years in evaluation/audit in international organization
