Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Generative AI initiatives with direct impact on business transformation and customer experience enhancement
Drive technical innovation and strategic implementation of AI/ML solutions across multiple business units
Oversee end-to-end ML project lifecycle from problem definition to production deployment
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while fostering innovation culture

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in quantitative discipline or PhD

Experience

5 years with Master's or 2 years with PhD
