Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing teams in cryptocurrency vertical with P&L responsibility
Design and execute strategic business/territory plans to achieve revenue targets
Implement data-driven KPI monitoring and optimization systems
Develop talent management and team capability enhancement programs
Drive regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives on Web3.0 and cloud solutions

Requirements

Education

BA/BS degree required, Masters or MBA a plus

Experience

10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets
