Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and implementation of Desjardins 360° member view initiative
Drive organizational change management and stakeholder alignment across business units
Establish and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics
Manage matrix teams delivering large-scale data transformation programs
Develop comprehensive roadmaps in partnership with IT and business stakeholders
Oversee program financing and benefit realization
Direct implementation of delivery plans and track progress
