Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate-wide ESG reporting initiatives and CSRD implementation
Develop and enhance group-wide sustainability reporting frameworks
Collaborate with international business units on ESG data collection and validation
Manage ESG ratings and prepare executive-level analysis and presentations
Design and implement international sustainability projects
Supervise interns and corporate students
Ensure compliance with new transparency requirements (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, LKSG)

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration with excellent academic performance

Experience

Relevant experience in corporate audit or accounting
