Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Security Operations, IAM systems, and Key Management programs with P&L responsibility
Leadership of three specialized security teams totaling 18 FTE across operations, governance, and risk management
Executive stakeholder management including board-level security reporting and regulatory compliance
Development and execution of enterprise-wide security architecture and operational frameworks
Cross-functional leadership coordinating between IT Management Team and security operations
Talent development and team culture cultivation focusing on knowledge sharing and innovation
Crisis management and incident response leadership for critical security events

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field; master's preferred

Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience in security operations, with 3 years in a managerial role
