Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementation of automation tools and processes to revolutionize continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and cloud operations across enterprise systems
Foster cross-functional collaboration with software development, QA, and IT operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of mission-critical software solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps skills, creating, managing, and maintaining cloud-based production systems

Required Skills

Proven experience as a DevOps Lead/Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT or software development environments 5+ years of Kubernetes and/or Container Orchestration experience including writing and developing Helm 5+ years of working with a public cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP are acceptable) Key skills include deployment and automation of packages for cloud and on-prem-based systems, ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS and related production systems Hands-on experience on Alert mechanism, Production Support cycle, and Tooling implementation Worked closely with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle, enhancing collaboration and communication Experience in CI/CD DevOps tooling like Jenkins, ArgoCD etc Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency through scripting and configuration management tools Excellent leadership and team-building skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
