Key Responsibilities

Lead multinational quality engineering teams across Japan, Korea, and Singapore with focus on talent development and performance optimization
Drive strategic supplier quality management and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Serve as technical expert in organic/inorganic materials while managing customer relationships and audit responses
Implement and oversee quality management systems and metrics to ensure operational excellence
Direct problem resolution and change management initiatives while maintaining EH&S compliance

Requirements

Education

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science and Engineering. Masters preferred, PhD and/or MBA a plus

Experience

8-10 years minimum work experience in Chemical or Materials Production environment, 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a manager

Required Skills
